Orders
By placing an order through Simmi's Table, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to pay the stated total at the time of pickup or delivery. Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to availability or other circumstances. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly.
SMS messaging
By providing your phone number and placing an order, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your order (e.g., order confirmation and pickup notifications) from Simmi's Table. Message frequency depends on order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at simmistable@gmail.com.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup orders must be collected at 409 Lafayette Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506 on the selected pickup day. Delivery is available within 10 miles of our location. Delivery fees apply based on distance. Orders not picked up will be forfeited without refund.
Payments
Payment is collected at the time of pickup or delivery. We accept cash, Zelle, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of order. Prices are subject to applicable New Jersey sales tax.
Limitation of liability
Simmi's Table is a home-based food business. We make every effort to ensure food quality and safety. By ordering, you acknowledge any known food allergies and agree to communicate them at the time of ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
